- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new and unused condition.
- Custom-made items, including made-to-measure curtains and blinds, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
2.2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@greenbeeinteriors.co.uk with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
2.3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
2.4. Exchanges

3. Additional Information
3.1. Custom Orders
- As our made-to-measure curtains and blinds are custom-made to your specifications, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
3.2. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of some of our products.
