1. Delivery Policy
1.1. Processing Time
- All gift and home accessory orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Custom items & made to measure window treatments are processed in 3-4 weeks
1.2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
UK Mainland 2-3 Days
European Union 5-7 Days
United States 7-10 Days
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
1.3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
1.4. International Shipping
- We currently ship to the UK, EU and the USA.
1.5. Damages
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the Green Bee Interiors with your order number and photographic evidence of the damaged item/s. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
